Why a not-for-profit
The Sports Hub was set up to give Sunshine Coast athletes and the wider community one place to train, get treated and recover. It's run as a not-for-profit, so the building exists to serve the people who use it and the businesses inside it.
Rent from tenants goes back into the facility: maintaining the building, keeping shared spaces open, and supporting local sport. [Confirm how surplus is reinvested.]
How the hub works
Independent businesses share one building, so a referral is a walk down the corridor instead of a drive across town.

Lease a space in the hub
We look for health, fitness and recovery businesses that add to what's already in the building. Tenants get shared foot traffic, referrals from neighbours and a location beside the stadium.
- Suites on the ground floor and Level 1 [confirm sizes]
- On-site parking for clients
- Listing in the hub directory and lobby board
Stay next door
Lake Kawana Accommodation sits beside the hub, so visiting teams, athletes and families can walk to training, treatment and the stadium.
