Will is the first full-time Sport and Exercise Physician working on the  Sunshine Coast since 2009. He has been practicing at SportsMed Sunshine Coast since it opened in April, 2017.

Will graduated from the University of Sydney in 1997 and started work in Sport and Exercise Medicine in 2006 after working for five years at registrar level in Sydney and regional New South Wales, Australia, and London, England, in the field of Orthopaedic Surgery.
